Frequently asked questions
How do I create an account?
Download the JobMe app from the App Store or Google Play, open it and sign up with your email, Google or Apple ID. Verify your phone number with the SMS code we send you.
How do I apply to a job?
Open any job listing and tap “Apply”. Your saved profile and resume will be sent to the employer. You can track the status under the Applications tab.
How do I post a job as an employer?
Switch to the Employer profile inside the app, tap “Post a Job”, fill in the role details, requirements and benefits, then publish. Your job becomes visible immediately.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Account → Delete account inside the app. Your personal data will be deleted or anonymized within 30 days.
How do I report inappropriate content or a fake job?
Tap the “…” menu on the job or profile and choose “Report”. You can also email us at support@jobme.org with the details.
Is JobMe free?
Yes — searching and applying for jobs is free. Some premium features for employers may be paid; pricing is shown before purchase.
